Business Head

to drive growth, lead operations, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Credit, and Collections. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the NBFC footprint. Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI and other applicable norms). Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions. Drive product innovation and improve operational efficiency. Monitor risk management practices and ensure a robust credit assessment framework.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an NBFC or banking environment. Strong understanding of NBFC operations, RBI regulations, lending products, and credit risk. Proven track record in business growth, team leadership, and P&L management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
