Job Description

- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth of the Logistics Academy.

- Lead student acquisition strategies and manage admissions targets.

- Build corporate tie-ups for training, placements, and internships.

- Oversee daily operations, training quality, student satisfaction, and compliance.

- Manage budgets, revenue, and profitability.

- Lead, motivate and manage cross-functional teams including academic, sales, and support teams.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure the achievement of institutional goals.

- Represent the Academy in forums, seminars, and industry events.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding, promotions, and digital campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
