About Us :- My client is a among India\'s leading online loans marketplace led by a Gurgaon based team of techno-financial experts working on a mission to bring transparency, - We have recently received a round of Series A equity funding from Ncubate Capital Partners, a private investment arm of SAR Group family office for investments in branding, technology augmentation and growth of our company. - We have partnered with over 25 leading banks and finance companies operations for providing retail and SME credit across the country. We are currently hiring for our next phase of growth.This role will be accountable for:- Growing our Investments/Liabilities (savings, FD, mutual funds etc) vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability- Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners- Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings- Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.- Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectationsSkills Required- Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably in investments (savings, FD, mutual funds etc)- Strong sales and marketing skills- Ability to network and forge alliances- Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude- Ability to work in teams- Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirementDesired Candidate Profile- Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building financial services distribution business in India.
