Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our International Performance Marketing and Affiliate Business. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in digital marketing, affiliate ecosystems, and global growth strategies. The ideal candidate will drive ROI-focused campaigns, scale affiliate partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact across international markets.

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the global performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic). Lead the affiliate marketing division, building and optimizing a scalable partner ecosystem. Own the international growth roadmap, identifying market-specific opportunities and tailoring acquisition strategies.
Performance & Optimization

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis across all performance channels. Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Team & Stakeholder Management

Build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team. Collaborate with product, analytics, and regional business units to align marketing goals with broader company objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies, networks, and technology vendors.
Affiliate Business Development

Expand affiliate partnerships globally, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring compliance. Monitor affiliate performance, fraud prevention, and attribution accuracy. Launch innovative incentive models and co-marketing initiatives with top-tier affiliates.
Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of experience in performance marketing and affiliate business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in scaling international digital campaigns and affiliate programs. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate tracking platforms. Deep understanding of attribution models, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., e-commerce, fintech, SaaS).
