Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our business operations, drive growth, and develop strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, profitability, brand positioning, retail expansion and business development, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, expand our market presence, and increase revenue.
- Sales and Marketing: Oversee sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to ensure success.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure business performance and profitability.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Operations & Supply Chain
Oversee logistics, and supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Optimize inventory, procurement, and vendor management processes.
Requirements:
- Business Experience: Proven experience in business leadership, sales, marketing, or a related field within the luxury furniture or design industry.
- Strategic Thinking: With hands on operational capability to identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury furniture market, including trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in luxury retail, interior design, or premium consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, consumer behavior, and premium branding.
- Experience with multi-channel retail (offline + digital).
- Proven success in driving business growth and managing P&L.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Previous leadership roles in luxury home decor, furniture, lifestyle, or design-centric businesses.
Experience dealing with HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients or bespoke/custom projects.
