Position: Business Head (General Manager) Qualification: B.E in electronics additional with MBA would be preferred. Experience: 20 to 25 years Location: Mumbai Job description Roles and Responsibilities Ability to understand Electronic technological products. Ability to understand technology and convert into commercial form. Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence. Accountable for P&L of the business, provide leadership to achieve the annual and strategic business plan. Speed, Agility & go getter, passionate and detail oriented. Strategic and Analytical Thinking with techno commercial acumen. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Provide Solutions for all technical issues faced and develop and implement strategy for debottlenecking/ troubleshooting to achieve production. Facilitate technology transfer from R&D to Laboratory to Commercial. Champion continuous process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence by driving initiatives like WCM, TMP, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and QMS. Responsible for building skills and competencies of key technical manpower. Develop performance objectives, give periodic feedback, provide recognition for high performance & develop competence at the site. Identity individual and employment for manufacturing. Must have a flair for manufacturing process management especially electronic processes. Ability to maintain good relations with the external community as well as government agencies/ statutory. Successful track record of cost/ productivity/ yield optimization. Hands on people development, coaching and leadership experience.
