Business Head
to lead our
overall business operations
in the garments sector. This role involves
driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing multiple departments, and ensuring smooth coordination across the organization
. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to achieve business targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives.
Business Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end business operations, including sales, marketing, production, supply chain, and retail.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales targets, explore new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
P&L Management:
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Process Improvement:
Streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best industry practices.
Reporting:
Present regular performance reports, market insights, and business forecasts to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years in the garments sector with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, retail operations, and market trends.
