1. Business Head - Dealership Head (Sales/Service/Spares)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to oversee and lead the overall operations of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing sales, service, and parts departments. This leadership role requires an individual who can develop and execute business strategies, drive profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all facets of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and improve service and spare parts performance.
Monitor key business metrics (sales volume, customer satisfaction, service performance, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage and oversee the entire dealership's operations, including sales, after-sales service, and spare parts management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with department heads (sales, service, parts) to ensure smooth coordination and optimal performance across all departments.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to meet dealership goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an automotive dealership management role (minimum 15-20 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
Business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
