- Set up the Fresh vertical from scratch, including setting up a farmer/ FPO ecosystem and the buyer ecosystem for successful marketplace operations
- P&L accountability: Own the end-to-end design and implementation of the business plan. Establishment of business model and value unlocks for various crops and regional clusters in the Fresh vertical.
- Demand generation and business development: Development of buyer landscape across various channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, e-commerce, Processors, HoReCa)
- Business operations: Plan and optimize the business operations (supply chain management, wastage avoidance, value addition) to enhance value proposition to the customers.
- Customer experience: Create a customer-driven process, with best-in-class SLAs, accurate match of product quality to requirement, and creating value addition where possible
- Team Building: Building and leading a capable self-starter organization managing core operations across markets and farmer locations
