ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Head will be responsible for managing and growing a specific brand under PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PVT LTD. This role includes

business development, revenue generation, operations management, team leadership, and market expansion.

The Business Head will work under the guidance of the Group CEO and ensure the overall performance and success of the assigned brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Growth & Strategy

Develop and implement growth strategies for the brand Identify new business opportunities and partnerships Conduct market research and competitor analysis Expand brand presence in new markets

Revenue Management

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Develop pricing strategies and sales plans Improve lead conversion and client acquisition Track and analyze sales performance

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day brand operations Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance Improve operational efficiency and workflow

Team Leadership

Lead and manage the brand team Recommend hiring and training needs Conduct performance evaluations Motivate and develop team members

Marketing Coordination

Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns Ensure consistent brand communication Monitor digital and offline promotions

Client & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships Handle key accounts and negotiations Resolve escalations and service issues

Reporting

Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the CEO Track revenue, KPIs, and team productivity

AUTHORITY & DECISION MAKING

Manage the brand team and workflows Negotiate with clients and partners Take operational decisions within company policy Major decisions require CEO approval

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA / Business / Marketing preferred Experience in IT, Education, Media, or related industries
