We are looking for a
Business Head / COO
who can
independently run day-to-day operations, build teams, and scale the business
, while the Founder focuses on land acquisition and strategic decisions.
Role Objective
To
run the company independently
by setting up systems, building teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring discipline, reporting, and growth --
without daily supervision from the Founder
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Systems
Set up and manage
daily office operations
Create
SOPs, reporting formats, and discipline systems
Implement CRM / Excel-based lead & sales tracking
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, tele calling, admin, and site teams
2. Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and manage
telecallers, sales executives, site coordinators, admin staff
Define
KPIs, targets, and trial periods
for each role
Conduct
daily huddles & weekly performance reviews
Maintain team motivation, accountability, and work ethics
3. Sales Process Management (Not Individual Selling)
Design and execute
sales funnels & follow-up systems
Ensure lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and closures
Monitor sales performance & conversion ratios
Coach the sales team to achieve monthly targets
(This role is about managing sales, not personally selling properties)
4. Reporting & Founder Communication
Share
weekly and monthly performance reports
with the Founder
Highlight risks, bottlenecks, and improvement plans
Work within defined authority limits; final approvals remain with the Founder
5. Compliance & Control
Ensure proper documentation, client communication, and internal controls
Protect company data, leads, and processes
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10+ years of experience in
Real Estate / Insurance / BFSI / Structured Sales
Proven experience in
building and managing teams (10-30 people)
Strong
process & system orientation
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in
target-driven and growth-focused environments
Pure brokers or commission-only salespersons are
not suitable
for this role.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary:
?80,000 - ?1,50,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance-linked Incentives:
Based on company revenue & growth
No partnership / equity during the first 12 months
Long-term growth opportunity for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
