Job Purpose
Lead & drive end to end digital acquisition of Insta EMI card product and contribute to overall B2B business franchise growth. Accountable for managing Product & Portfolio Management for Insta EMI card franchise. Responsible for portfolio management initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 block/unblock, approval rate, line Management, block/unblock, Auth and other initiatives to manage portfolio risk and drive income /risk adjusted returns for Insta EMI card portfolio.


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Business planning \xef\x82\xa7 Analyze the potential of new and existing channels evaluate their future performance to prepare a sustainable growth plan for the Insta EMI card acquisition. \xef\x82\xa7 Estimate the numbers plan campaigns and manage partner/affiliate/channel expenditure to acquire right set of customers. \xef\x82\xa7 Work with risk to ensure that policy is in line with TTD metrics/ loss rate/ bounce metrices. 2. Product Management \xef\x82\xa7 Build & develop EMI card as a product to have frictionless customer acquisition and transaction journey. Keep improvising journey for better customer experience. \xef\x82\xa7 Identify opportunities for product enhancements with respect to Tech UI/UX & specific focus on biz /TechOps KPIs. \xef\x82\xa7 Funnel efficiency & KPI across all stages from traffic to card creation and activation. \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring production movements for all key deliverables enhancements with IT Martech Marketing Risk Service Ops to provide seamless product experience for the consumer . 3. New Customer acquisition \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for Go to market and business volume for card acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 through Insta EMI card. \xef\x82\xa7 Drive Omni channel campaign management (SMS/ Retargeting) \xef\x82\xa7 App and Web channel campaign management \xef\x82\xa7 Partnership model with internal businesses ( e.g credit card PL) and group companies ( Finserv Markets Bajaj Health etc) 4. P&L Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and review income and expenses to go into P&L account on monthly basis (including payout to sourcing partners fees from transactions salaries cross sell income renewal fee income etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare capacity plan at the beginning of the year to establish appropriate operational levers/ processes to minimize leakages & slippages or excessive costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrive at various costs and projections for topline and bottom-line financials \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide overview of business performance and overall profit and loss for business in senior management reviews Operations & service efficiency to be improved by maintaining \xe2\x80\x93 \xe2\x80\xa2 0 pendency in Audit Trail creation & 0 pendency in KYC Docs movement to DMS \xe2\x80\xa2 OCR based QC/ 100% Card Recon \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly review process for operational process improvements/enhancements \xe2\x80\xa2 SMS communications for every customer event \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer led journey initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Dedicated service KPI ownership & Implementation of customer VOC findings \xe2\x80\xa2 Automated card refund process setup \xe2\x80\xa2 Service request query reduction and maintain overall service queries lower. \xe2\x80\xa2 Focus on building company\xe2\x80\x99s cultural anchors and leadership traits within team especially on entrepreneurship ownership and execution rigor. Extremely critical to achieve aspiration targets over and above AOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and create development opportunities training induction sessions etc. for team members to enhance functional knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish individual performance expectations
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - \xef\x82\xa7 Campaign Management & App / Web channel ownership \xe2\x80\x93 for volume growth and revenue/ cost optimization. \xef\x82\xa7 Product enhancements & optimization- through KPI tacking & Funnel Management & improvisation \xef\x82\xa7 Continuous engagement with Risk & Ops for smooth functioning of the business & decisions around portfolio performance & operational challenges. \xef\x82\xa7 Decisions entailing large business/ financial impact development of new capabilities collectively taken with supervisor and management
* Major Challenges - High degree of involvement at internal and external stakeholder level across the value chain of Insta EMI card acquisition as a business.




Required Qualifications and Experience
* a) Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\xe2\x80\x99s in business administration in Marketing /Finance. b) Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 15+ years of work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Considerable experience in consumer business, product, and portfolio management. Strong analytical and technological Orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough understanding of financial statements (reading, understanding & interpreting) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Digital process/Credit Risk/ Data analytics/ Project management c) Skills Keywords Financial services, B2B, Consumer business, Digital lending, App & web, Campaign management, P&L.
