We are looking for a Business Growth Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition, marketing outreach, and brand visibility. You are expected to wear multiple hats acting as a growth hacker, a brand builder, and a team enabler all while keeping Strategenius Business Valliant's mission in focus: empowering businesses with strategy-led solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and Convert inquiries into projects. Manage online marketing campaigns and assist with social media promotions. Create and share engaging content on social media and other platforms. Research market trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities. Work with the team to develop growth strategies and improve services. Attend business events, expos, and networking sessions to represent the company. Track and report leads, conversions, and marketing performance Create and manage marketing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. Design or supervise design of flyers, posters, and other outreach materials (Canva, Zoho Social, etc.) Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid) to drive traffic and engagement. Prepare summary reports for CEO review. Onboard and guide interns or junior team members if any (e.g., content creators, editors, contract marketers).

Eligibility Criteria:



Master's degree in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing or related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in business development and/or marketing roles. Good understanding of digital tools (social media, SEO, ads, email marketing). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Creative mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
