Role Overview

The

Business Growth & Operations Associate

role is designed for someone who wants to build a

long-term career

in a technically driven organisation.

You will work alongside

technical and operations teams

, supporting commercial activities, contributing to growth initiatives, and helping improve how the business presents, positions, and scales its capabilities.

This is

not a target-based sales role

and

not a short-term position

. It requires professionalism, teamwork, and a long-term mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Commercial Support

Prepare and send quotations for products and services Maintain structured records of quotes, clients, and commercial information Support commercial documentation and follow-ups in coordination with internal teams

Marketing & Business Visibility

Execute and maintain digital marketing and communication activities, including:

Website updates (Wix or similar platforms) Email communication and campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools) Google Ads/SEO optimization and other marketing analytics Ensure external communication reflects professionalism and technical credibility

Market Understanding & Long-Term Growth

Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification Contribute ideas and execution support for sustainable growth initiatives Support improvements in processes, positioning, and business development effectiveness

Working with Technical Teams

Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and service teams to understand offerings Help translate technical capabilities into clear business and marketing communication Support internal alignment between technical execution and business objectives
