scaling aggressively in the Bangalore market

through distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, and institutional buyers.

Role Overview

We are hiring a

Sales Manager

to

build and scale the Bangalore market

for our Tumakuru manufacturing unit. This is not a desk role. It is a

ground-up B2B sales role

involving channel creation, bulk order closures, and repeat business.

You will act as the

bridge between manufacturing and the Bangalore trade ecosystem

.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a

Bangalore-focused B2B sales strategy

Appoint and manage

distributors, wholesalers, retailers & institutional buyers

Generate bulk orders and recurring sales Handle pricing, negotiations, contracts, and collections Create repeat order pipelines and long-term buyer relationships Coordinate with production & logistics teams in Tumakuru Track targets, margins, and monthly sales performance Represent the brand in Bangalore trade meetings and industry events Prepare the ground to build a

larger sales team

in future
Ideal Candidate Profile

3-8 years experience in

B2B / FMCG / Edible Oils / Agro / Manufacturing sales

Proven experience

scaling a city or region

Strong understanding of

Bangalore distributor & wholesale networks

Strong negotiation & closing skills Target-driven, independent, and execution-focused
Existing buyer or distributor network = big advantage.

Compensation & Growth

Fixed salary of Rs.20,000 +

5% sales commission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 48 per week
