Role Overview:



We're looking for a

Business Growth Manager

who can turn conversations into conversions and strategies into scale. You'll be responsible for driving

new business acquisition, media growth, and strategic partnerships

across high-potential sectors like

D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Fintech, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities



1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth



Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients looking for digital and media growth solutions. Develop and execute

targeted outreach and conversion strategies

to win high-value mandates across Meta, Google, OTT, and programmatic platforms. Craft persuasive

media proposals, ROI-driven pitch decks, and business growth plans

tailored to client goals. Lead negotiations and close deals in the

?50L - ?5Cr

range, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction. Maintain a

robust and updated sales pipeline

, ensuring consistent business momentum.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management



Represent the agency in

client meetings, industry events, and key networking forums

as the face of the business. Build long-term consultative relationships with

CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers

to establish trust and authority. Stay ahead of

industry trends, platform updates, and competitor movements

to position the agency as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. Collaborate with publishers, OTT platforms, and ad networks to unlock

exclusive opportunities and partnerships.


3. Market Strategy & Internal Collaboration



Analyze

market trends, category performance, and client challenges

to refine go-to-market and pricing strategies. Work closely with

media planning, creative, and influencer teams

to align business pitches with execution excellence. Identify and pursue

cross-selling and upselling

opportunities across digital, creative, and influencer marketing verticals. Track, measure, and report key business metrics -- including lead conversions, deal closures, and revenue growth against quarterly targets.
Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of experience in

business development, media sales, or agency growth roles

. Deep understanding of

digital media ecosystems

-- Meta, Google, OTT, and performance marketing platforms. Proven record of

winning large-scale pitches and closing high-value deals.

Expertise in building and presenting

data-backed proposals and media strategies

. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. Existing network of decision-makers (CMOs, Media Buyers, Brand Heads) is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative selling approach. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in

fast-paced, high-growth environments.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,694.47 - ₹109,994.94 per month
