Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets
Support management in creating short-term and long-term growth strategies
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
2. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals
Convert leads into customers to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Acquire new clients and build strong long-term relationships
Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
4. Market Research & Business Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and demand
Study competitor pricing, offerings, and positioning
Provide insights and reports to improve business decisions
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances
Coordinate with vendors, channel partners, and affiliates
Manage referral programs and partnership performance
6. Marketing & Branding Support
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
Support digital marketing, events, and brand awareness activities
Track campaign performance and lead conversions
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, revenue, and growth metrics
Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports
Provide regular updates to management on growth progress
8. Customer Retention & Upselling
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
9. Process Improvement
Suggest improvements in sales, onboarding, and customer engagement processes
Support automation and CRM optimization initiatives
