About the Role



We are looking for a Business Growth Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development to expand our client base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into clients.

Pitch and promote services such as Bulk SMS, Digital Marketing, Website Design, SEO, WhatsApp API, WhatsApp Promotion, Email Marketing.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups.

Prepare and present reports on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotions.

Requirements



Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (Digital Marketing or IT services preferred).

Education: Any graduate (MBA/Marketing background is a plus).

Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.

Negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
