About the Role



This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Business Growth Executive

based in Raipur. In this position, you will focus on driving business expansion by identifying new clients, strengthening customer relationships, and improving overall sales performance. You will handle

B2B sales

field visits

,

outbound calling

, market mapping, and

IndiaMART

lead follow-ups. Your goal is to convert prospects into long-term customers through strong communication and solution-based selling. The role also involves promoting products/services, negotiating deals, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities (SEO-Optimized)



Lead Generation & Business Development



Generate high-quality leads through

field sales visits, cold calling, IndiaMART, referrals, and local networking

. Identify potential customers across Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Korba, and nearby regions. Conduct sales meetings to

present, promote, and sell

company products/services.

Product Demonstration & Solution Selling



Understand customer needs and demonstrate product features effectively. Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals. Convert IndiaMART inquiries into confirmed orders.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide

after-sales support

, ensure customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.

Territory Sales & Field Work



Perform regular market visits for lead follow-ups, client meetings, and territory mapping. Represent the company in local business events, exhibitions, and industry interactions.

Sales Reporting & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

. Collect orders and ensure timely payments. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in field sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
