The role requires strong expertise in lead generation, partnerships, lead from social media platforms(including YouTube), and coordination with Business Development Executives (BDEs) across different states
Key Responsibilities
Generate
qualified leads
from individual tutors, coaching institutes, and education professionals through direct outreach, referrals, and online platforms.
Identify and approach
YouTubers and online educators
who create educational content, establish
tie-ups/partnerships
with them, and collect
student and tutor leads
through these collaborations.
Generate leads through
social media platforms
including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
Source and onboard
Business Development Executives (BDEs) from different states
to work specifically on tutor and institution for the leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tutors, institutions, and education content creators
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of leads
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase tutor acquisition and regional penetration
Research new lead sources and partnerships within the EdTech ecosystem
Generate high-quality leads through online channels such as email, LinkedIn, Youtube, social media, and other digital platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in business development, marketing, or lead generation
Strong experience in
EdTech, tutor acquisition, or education-related services
Proven ability to generate leads through
online platforms and social media (including YouTube)
Experience working with freelancers, tutors, educators, or institutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in
English and Hindi
Ability to manage multiple lead sources and regional teams
Preferred Skills
Experience building influencer or YouTuber partnerships
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Data-driven approach to growth and performance tracking
