Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new
franchise and business development opportunities
Generate leads, conduct presentations, and
close franchise deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and franchise prospects
Drive
revenue growth
through franchise sales and partnership development
Support market expansion, territory mapping, and strategic planning
Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas
Ensure franchise partners align with company standards and brand expectations
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
business franchise development
Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills
Proven ability to
generate leads and close deals
Experience in the
retail or franchise industry
