Job responsibilities -

Financial Reporting:

? Prepare and review all financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements

and cash flow statements.

? Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

. Client Financial Queries

:

? Handle client inquiries related to payment installments, invoices, and financial

agreements.

? Resolve client financial disputes and concerns.

. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU):

? Create and negotiate MOUs with clients.

? Ensure clients sign and return MOUs in a timely manner.

. Invoicing and Billing:

? Generate and send invoices to clients.

? Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

. Sales Team Incentives

:

? Design and implement incentive schemes for the sales team.

? Track and analyze sales performance to ensure incentive accuracy.

. Collaboration:

? Work closely with the sales team to understand client financial needs.

? Collaborate with the back office team to ensure seamless financial operations
