We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Finance Analyst to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of financial reconciliation, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
Assist in financial data analysis, reporting, and variance tracking.
Maintain and update financial models and Excel sheets.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Collaborate with cros-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
6 months - 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
Exprience with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ERP tools.
Exposure to MIS reporting or business finance analytics.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
