Job Description

Source and acquire business loan leads through field activities, referrals, DSAs, and connector networks Identify funding requirements of MSME, SME, and self-employed customers Achieve assigned monthly disbursement, revenue, and login targets Pitch secured and unsecured business loan products effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Collect, verify, and submit complete and accurate loan documentation Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams for approvals and disbursements Ensure timely loan processing with minimal rejections and discrepancies Maintain compliance with lender policies, RBI guidelines, and internal SOPs Track and update daily MIS for leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements Provide regular performance updates to reporting manager Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and lending policies

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
