Role Overview
We are seeking a
young, dynamic, and communicative Business Facilitator (preferably female)
who can act as the
single point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
The role demands a balance of
techno-commercial acumen, customer engagement, and project coordination
to drive business conversions and ensure superior client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as
primary liaison
between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Engage in
techno-commercial discussions
with prospective clients to explain solutions, proposals, and value offerings.
Understand client requirements, prepare and present proposals, and
facilitate business closure
.
Coordinate with internal design, technical, and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
Track leads, follow up diligently, and maintain client records.
Support management in business development strategies and client presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management (MBA preferred).5-6 years of proven track record in
business development, client coordination, or customer-facing roles
in construction, interiors, real estate, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on
customer satisfaction

Confident in handling
high-value clientele
and business negotiations.
Well-organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
