The Role: Business Expansion Manager Type: Hybrid (Remote + Location) Location: Bangalore Compensation: Industry Standard + Incentives Joining Date: Immediate, Next 30 days Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm About the Opportunity Experience Co. is hiring fantastic sales professionals to work with our super cool Business team. As part of the team, your role primarily would be in managing, ideating, optimizing & executing business operations processes. If you love talking to people, using numbers to make decisions, building processes and helping scale a cool brand, this is for you. Consulting multiple creators, founders, and leaders on a daily basis via calls to help them understand how our programmes can help them level up and succeed. Helping creators understand the impact we create through consultative calls and solving their queries. Growing revenues and making processes better. Coordinating between the Support, Business, and Communications Teams to keep everyone aligned to customer needs and friction. Creating and developing weekly reports on Sales and Sales Funnels. Sharing and understanding the high growth objectives of the organization. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic business goals. Following up diligently and communicating everything, as it is a remote position and visibility on everyone\'s schedule is sometimes difficult. Consistently working end-to-end on business processes, optimizing funnel strategies, creating action plans, and testing ways to do things better. Managing processes to ensure the residents attending the edition can easily interact with the team. Building and nurturing a strong sales team within Experience Co. to scale the Business.
