Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Expansion & Growth Manager

who will play a key role in expanding our showroom network, driving marketing initiatives, generating and converting leads through eye camps and events, and strengthening team performance through training and data-driven target setting. The role requires strong execution capability, analytical thinking, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Showroom Expansion & Property Identification



Identify potential new properties and locations for showroom expansion based on market potential, footfall, and demographics. Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders for site visits and feasibility analysis. Support negotiation and documentation for new showroom properties.

2. New Showroom Setup & Launch



Oversee end-to-end setup of new showrooms including interiors, branding, inventory readiness, and manpower coordination. Ensure smooth and timely launch of new showrooms. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for launch campaigns.

3. Marketing Events & Eye Camps



Plan, execute, and monitor marketing events, eye camps, and promotional activities. Generate quality leads through eye camps, events, and partnerships. Ensure effective conversion of leads into walk-ins and sales by coordinating with store teams. Track ROI and effectiveness of each event or campaign.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion



Design and implement strategies to generate leads across all stores. Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion ratios. Work closely with showroom teams to improve customer engagement and closure rates.

5. Team Training & Development



Train store teams on professional skills such as sales, customer handling, communication, and process adherence. Conduct sessions on personal growth, motivation, and performance improvement. Identify training gaps and continuously upgrade team capabilities.

6. Data Analysis & Target Setting



Review and analyze performance data from all stores (sales, footfall, conversion, productivity). Set realistic and challenging targets for stores and individuals based on data insights. Track performance against targets and initiate corrective actions where required. Prepare reports and insights for management review.

7. Talent Hiring & Onboarding



Support hiring of new talent for showrooms and expansion requirements. Participate in interviews and selection of suitable candidates. Ensure structured onboarding and training of new hires.

Strong understanding of retail expansion and operations Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills Hands-on experience in event execution and lead generation Strong people management and training capability Good negotiation and communication skills High ownership mindset and ability to work independently Willingness to travel across locations

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 4-8 years of experience in retail operations, expansion, or business growth roles Experience in showroom-based or multi-location businesses preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
