to promote and generate prescriptions for our general segment products. The ideal candidates will develop strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors while consistently achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Regular visits to doctors (GPs, physicians, specialists) as per company call norms.
Ensure product availability at retail chemists and stockists within assigned territory.
Conduct territory mapping and maintain an updated doctor list.
Execute marketing strategies, product promotions, and campaigns.
Maintain daily call reports, sales data, and market feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers may be considered).
Graduation in any stream (Science graduates preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned HQ.
