What You'll Do

Call mandi buyers pan-India and explain our model clearly and confidently Take orders, close deals, and execute transactions end-to-end Explain how we add value to their business with real numbers and proof Follow up to build strong, long-term relationships Build deep networks with mandi buyers, traders, and market influencers Travel pan-India - understand markets, meet people, and build networks Work with tech and ops teams to build products solving ground problems Hustle daily - field work, calls, meetings, strategy Build OneRoot's presence as a trusted partner across Bharat Think and act like a founder - your success is the company's success
