About the Role




We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Executive

to join our cybersecurity sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, and driving sales of cybersecurity solutions and services. You will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to generate qualified leads, present tailored solutions, and help clients strengthen their security posture.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity services (e.g., VAPT, SOC, SIEM, DLP, NAC, Endpoint Security, Managed Security Services).
Engage with IT decision-makers such as CISOs, CTOs, and IT Managers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
Work with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and prepare periodic sales reports.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




1-3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales, inside sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (training will be provided).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle B2B clients and achieve sales targets.
Comfortable with outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably IT, Computer Science, or Business Management).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)




Prior experience selling IT infrastructure, managed services, or cybersecurity solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
Awareness of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST.
