Role & Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the

business and operations

of assigned sports facilities. Ensure top-notch

customer experience

at 7-15 venues by managing every operational detail. Maintain all venues in excellent operational condition and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Promptly report and resolve issues across venues. Lead and manage a team of

5 to 15 Venue Executives

. Drive

revenue growth

through excellent service and value-added offerings. Prepare and present

weekly/monthly performance reports

. Become an expert in suite of tech products and services. Professionally represent to external stakeholders and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and businesses. Submit detailed

business and data reports

to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field; interest in leveraging

technology for large-scale operations

. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a

dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

. Prior experience in the

sports industry or venue operations

is a strong plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
