Business Executive - E-commerce Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Associate - E-commerce Operations to manage our clients' e-commerce businesses, both domestic and international (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces). You will handle day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks, manage advertising campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of client projects, acting as a hands-on support for the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily e-commerce operations for clients across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other international marketplaces. Handle product listings, content updates, inventory management, and order processing. Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns to drive client sales. Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely task completion. Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements to boost client business. Maintain organized workflows and ensure deadlines for client projects are consistently met. Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms as required by client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. Experience in e-commerce operations for clients; Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other international marketplaces knowledge is highly preferred. Experience in managing ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.) is a plus. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) - mandatory. Flexible with working hours and capable of adjusting to client needs and deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of client tasks. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
