Support the business development team in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update relationships with existing clients to ensure regular business flow.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounts) for smooth execution of client requirements.
Assist in managing multiple brand/client accounts and ensure timely communication.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential opportunities.
Prepare reports, maintain data, and share insights using Excel/Google Sheets.
Support senior management in developing and implementing business strategies.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, sales, or a related role (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital business (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
