Job Title: Agri Counselor / Field Agronomist

Location: Odisha, Chhattisgarh, or Jharkhand (Field-based)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Agri Counselor with a BSc in Agriculture to act as the crucial link between BLUBOT's technology and the farming community. You will be responsible for providing expert agronomic advice, demonstrating drone technology, and ensuring farmers achieve the best results, thereby driving adoption and building trust in our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert agronomic guidance to farmers on crop management, pest/disease control, and the optimal use of drones for spraying.

Conduct live, in-field demonstrations of BLUBOT drones, explaining the benefits in terms of cost, efficiency, and safety.

Conduct soil and crop health assessments to recommend data-driven solutions using our technology.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and local dealers.

Train farmers and local drone pilots on best practices for pre-and post-drone application.

Collect field data and farmer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: BSc in Agriculture (Agronomy) is mandatory.

Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication in Odia, Hindi, and at least one of Bhojpuri or Chhattisgarhi is essential.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field agronomy, agricultural extension services, or working with farmers. Fresh graduates with a passion for fieldwork are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
