About this role:





Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager



In this role, you will:

Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Strategic Planning & Execution



Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and oversee their



implementation across business units.



Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with broader



organizational objectives

Stakeholder Engagement



Collaborate with senior leaders, functional managers, and program



participants to ensure seamless execution and continuous



improvement of strategic initiatives.

Operational Execution & Risk Management



Oversee the implementation of business initiatives with a focus on



risk assessment accuracy, validation, and process optimization.

Team Development & Coaching



Coach and develop teams to prioritize work, meet goals, and adapt to



evolving business needs

Process Improvement & Change Management



Identify inefficiencies and lead change initiatives that improve



execution quality and operational efficiency across business units



Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that supports



performance and growth

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Enterprise Governance Implementation



Own the implementation of enterprise architectural and governance



policies for Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)



to support business needs.



Define, document, and monitor architectural and governance



standards covered within enterprise policies, ensuring alignment with



business objectives

Compliance & Site Oversight



Conduct periodic reviews of SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams to



ensure compliance with governance standards



Manage sites aligned to your designated hub, maintaining accurate



ownership and access controls to prevent orphaned sites



Collaborate with other hub managers and Enterprise.



Serve as the primary contact for your hub, representing business



needs and ensuring strategic use of collaboration platforms

Power Platform Monitoring



Monitor Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate)



and report on usage, compliance, and performance metrics



Support automation initiatives and ensure platform governance aligns



with enterprise standards.



Participate in office hours and community forums to share best



practices and support continuous learning

Hub Collaboration & Leadership



Collaborate with other hub managers and Enterprise.



Serve as the primary contact for your hub, representing business needs



and ensuring strategic use of collaboration platformsExperience with global teams and matrixed structures. Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams. Familiarity with financial services and Agile methodologies
