Job Description

In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver user training/communications
Provide user support
Use no code configuration functionality within the tool to enable features and functionality not available to the end-user marketers
Lead feedback forums to support user adoption, inform user based (UX) strategy development and a develop a queue of ideas and requests
Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for new features and functionality
Work with partners to define and deliver requirements for operational and process adherence tracking/reporting
Ensure controls are met such as TRIMS, AppOne, BCP, Downtime Tracking, User Access and recertification

Required Qualifications, International:
5 to 10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:
Financial services industry experience
2 years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in tools like Naehas
Experience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing application
Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
Ability to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking, Banking
