About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support Corporate Risk policy owners The team is responsible to support the Committees Governance Team (CGT) in its monitoring of governance committees and governance subcommittees\' adherence to the Committees Policy and Committees Procedures and related processes. The Business Execution Consultant will perform quality review for the following activities: (1) use of required templates (2) establishment / modification / creation of a governance committee (3) charter update reviews and (4) annual self-assessment process, including confirming evidence of each activity Key responsibilities include: Execute quality assurance reviews of CGT\'s monitoring of governance committees/subcommittees\' adherence to the Committees Policy & Procedures including the following activities: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business processes within the Enterprise Programs team Execute governance committee membership reviews to identify and address misalignments Execute governance committee agenda planner reviews to identify and address misalignments to latest template Coordinate reviews of the governance decisions inventory Support development of adherence monitoring and quality assurance reviews reporting Support tracking of exceptions and violations of the Committees Policy To facilitate ad-hoc processes that support CGT activities, as needed Exhibit strong quality standards, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of Quality review techniques Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand processes and requirements Required Qualifications : 6+ years of overall experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, control testing, validation, policy governance, Policy committee governance, Policy adherence testing & Governance 3+ years of Quality Assurance Desired qualifications : Ability to communicate simply and effectively, both verbally and written Ability to communicate and deliver well-defined and controlled processes Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver multiple efforts simultaneously Reputation for good judgment, integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, execution Experience working horizontally across businesses and functions Decision and execution-oriented self-starter able to recognize opportunities for improvement and act on them Possesses a sense of urgency about exceeding the objectives of the role General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups, enterprise functions, and their remits General knowledge of Corporate Risk and its organizational structure and remits Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
