Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Growth
Identify new domestic and international market opportunities for jewellery products.
Develop partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, designers, and export clients.
Support the launch of new product lines by providing market insights and demand analysis.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
2. Process Improvement
Analyze current manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Suggest technology upgrades and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
3. Sales & Client Management
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and follow up on sales leads.
Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and suggest strategies to improve conversion.
Understand customer needs and communicate them to the production and design teams.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Track industry trends, competitors, pricing, and market demands.
Provide insights that help in product development, branding, and positioning.
Prepare monthly reports with key findings and recommendations for management.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Participate in meetings to align goals across departments.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Set KPIs for business activities and monitor progress regularly.
Prepare performance dashboards and present insights to management.
Support management in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Jewellery Design, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations (preferably in jewellery or luxury goods industry).
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and market research methods.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
