Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Marketing:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop promotional materials.
Manage social media platforms and track engagement metrics.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Support event planning, including trade shows, product launches, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
