We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating property sales through direct client meetings, site visits, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential buyers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
Present project details, floor plans, and pricing to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Maintain and update sales reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Willingness to travel and work on weekends (with compensatory off).
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
