Team Leadership & Sales Management:
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team

Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans as needed
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and oversee sales pipelines for Sales team
Market Intelligence & CRM Management:
Monitor trends in international markets and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decision-making
Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM tools ( HubSpot, Salesforce)
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA Marketing preferred)
5+ years
of business development/sales experience in
SaaS, IT services

digital marketing

Proven success working with

Strong experience in both
