Key Responsibilities
Anchor & Retailer Acquisition and Engagement: Identify, onboard, and engage new brand anchors, distributors, and retailers to drive adoption and utilization of Pice's financing solutions.
Regional Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet acquisition, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong business pipeline by identifying high potential industries, brands, and markets within the assigned region.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers at brand anchors to establish and grow long-term strategic partnerships.
Industry Engagement: Represent Pice at industry events, trade forums, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Program Scaling & Risk Management: Maintain close engagement with anchors to monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and drive sustainable scaling of programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Product to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.
