Reports To:

National Sales Manager

Travel Requirement:

15-20 days per month (approx. 70 to 75% travel)

Role Overview



As a 'Business Development Manager' you will be responsible for driving

B2B sales performance

and expanding market share across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh. This role demands a proven track record in business-to-business sales management and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Development:

Execute regional B2B sales to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Cross selling to create bigger/regional deals.

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, building strong networks with key decision-makers across industries. Drive lead generation.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential business clients. Advising customers on forthcoming product developments. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.

Market Intelligence:

Analyse B2B market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, production, and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. Drive delivery schedules between the company's manufacturing units and key customers

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years in

B2B sales

, preferably within relevant

industries

with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
