Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive - B2B Sales will focus on generating new corporate business opportunities, promoting VIP PRO Services' end-to-end solutions to client organizations, and building lasting relationships in the B2B segment. This role is based in Noida and requires excellent communication, persuasion, and sales-oriented skills along with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify and approach target companies (startups, SMEs, corporates) in India or UAE-bound operations that require business-setup, licensing, PRO, virtual office or other corporate services.
Cold-call, email, LinkedIn outreach and follow-up to generate qualified leads and set up meetings with decision-makers (owners, CEOs, CFOs, operations heads) in the target organizations.
Present and articulate VIP PRO Services' full service suite (including company formation, PRO services, local sponsorship, virtual offices, VAT, bank account opening, document attestation) in a compelling manner.
Understand the prospective clients' business goals, challenges and requirements; propose tailored solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools; record all interactions, update lead status, prepare proposals/quotations, follow through to contract closure.
Collaborate internally with operations, legal, marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, service delivery and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls, meetings, leads, proposals, closed deals and revenue generated.
Monitor industry trends, competitor services, emerging business-setup demands; provide insights and feedback to senior management for strategy refinement.
Attend networking events, seminars and industry gatherings to build the company's presence and uncover new business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
Minimum
6 months of relevant B2B sales experience
(ideally in services-oriented business, consultancy, corporate solutions or similar).
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable talking to senior-level executives.
Ability to research and identify target clients and markets, generate leads independently.
Self-driven, target-oriented, persistent, with ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with reporting and data-driven insights.
Knowledge or willingness to quickly understand business-setup, licensing, PRO, virtual office solutions (especially UAE/GCC context) is a plus.
Excellent command of English; Hindi is preferred; any additional language beneficial.
