Business Development Executive (BDE)
with a proven track record in handling both
Indian and international clients
, specifically in the
IT services domain
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
lead generation
,
client communication
, and
closing deals
for services like:
Website Development
Software Development
Mobile App Development
UI/UX and Graphic Designing
Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various online/offline channels.
Approach potential clients (domestic & international) via email, LinkedIn, calls, and bidding platforms.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT service solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
Maintain and update CRM tools and ensure proper documentation of all leads and conversations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in business development for
IT services
.
Strong experience dealing with
both domestic and international clients
.
Proven track record of
lead generation and client acquisition
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead-generation tools.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Basic understanding of project lifecycle in web/app/software development.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
