Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote PCD pharma products to distributors and clients. Convert leads into sales through product knowledge and relationship building. Share product catalogs, price lists, and promotional offers with potential franchise partners. Maintain and update customer database, follow up with interested clients. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team for timely order processing. Resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, and delivery. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of pharma products (training will be provided). Eager to learn and grow within the PCD pharma business model.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
