Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Opportunity Identification: Researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and finding new business opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders to facilitate growth and retention.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business development and sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
Sales and Negotiation: Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and terms, and closing deals to drive revenue.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and support business goals.
Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and reporting on progress to senior management.
Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and attract clients.
Key Skills
minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT sales and marketing.

Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
