Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research. Schedule meetings with potential clients and deliver compelling sales pitches. Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions. Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activities, leads, and client communications. Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet deadlines and targets. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Staffing and recruitment , ed-Tech Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital sales strategies. Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
