We are looking for Business Development Executives with exposure in online bidding, bid Writing, bid preparation, bid analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting & management. The candidate would be responsible for lead closure & conversion of client response, follow ups & account management across US, UK, Australia on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Guru.
Key Responsibilities
:
Generate business through online freelancing portal like Upwork, Freelancer etc. & social media.
Sound understanding of software requirements like application development, website development, web applications.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.
Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team/ BA team.
Carry out project analysis & documentation considering contemporary business environment.
Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
Need to interact with global clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.
Handle complete sales cycle. ? Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.
Responsible for the Developing and executing plans to meet goals.
Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
Skills Required:
Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills
Well versed with bidding portals and other platforms.
Should be proficient in project analysis and execution.
Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skill.
Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.
Excellent client relationship management skills. ? Understanding of marketing concepts.
