We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Participate in business events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote company offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) others can also apply. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Self-motivated. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
